Enerplus Announces Plan to Convert to Corporation
Anche Enerplus passa a Corporation
Enerplus intends that, following the conversion, Enerplus Corporation would continue to pay
dividends on a monthly basis. At this time, Enerplus anticipates that it will maintain the monthly
dividend payment at the same rate of CDN$0.18 per common share per month, however the
actual amount of future dividends may vary depending upon commodity prices, production
volumes, capital spending and costs and cannot provide any assurances with regard to future
dividend payments. Enerplus will utilize its available tax pools to mitigate our Canadian cash tax
obligations and does not expect to incur cash taxes in Canada for three to five years after
conversion.
il mantenimento del dividendo ha fatto si che ieri il titolo toccasse i 25.75$ con un +3.50%
il nostro prezzo di acquisto è di 23$
sfortunatamente il titolo rappresenta solo il 2.53% del nostro portafoglio.
valuteremo in futuro la possibilità di incrementare la posizione su questo titolo

Enel - news
Il titolo Enel rappresenta il 3,42% del nostro portafoglio.
Il cda di Enel ha approvato la distribuzione di un acconto sul dividendo 2010 pari a 0,10 euro per azione
Rimaniamo cauti sul titolo, anche se sul lungo periodo rappresenta una buona scelta.
Attualmente il titolo potrebbe risentire negativamente del fatto che l'azienda si sta concentrando sulla riduzione del debito penalizzando la distribuzione del dividendo.
Riteniamo che la società possa trarre vantaggio dalla quotazione di Enel Green Power anche in termini di quotazioni.
Nel caso il titolo dovesse scendere sotto i 3,65 euro valuteremo se incrementare.

il dividendo che stacca corrisponde al 2,89% (32,87$)netto su base annuale all' 11,55% netto riferito al nostro prezzo di carico che è di 17,52 per 65 azioni , questa è il secondo dividendo trimestrale che incassiamo
il titolo ha toccato ieri nell'After hours i 18,25
Ricordiamo che per il nostro portafoglio il titolo rappresenta un rischio alto.
